AOA! Actually the problem is that i have started my periods when i was 11 and a half, since then my cycles arnt normal ,hormones are imbalance, my weight was normal but then dr suggested me diane35 tablets i have used them for one and a half year and now my health is tottaly ruined, my weight is only 44, upper lips have got black spots on it which looks so horrible and my neck,face,chest,thighs are full of hairs, plus hairloss is on peak.... i dont no what to do,plsssss suggest me a good medicine for upperlip black spots and these hair on face and body, because my wedding is near.... looking forward to the answer tnx REGARDS!

you need to visit an endocrinologist, while you can go for laser hair removal for unwated hairs and peel or laser for black spots..but this will not resolve your issue untill you seek proper treatment for your hormonal issues.
