This pain seems un related to diabetes or gout. Better take tablet Tingnum/Methix one daily for one month. Also Xray foot for signs of Arthritis and Orthopaedic consultation may benefit.

not gout and even not diabetic neuropathy...
left foot pain is a code sign indicating your body dynamic situation and if you noticed in reports your left kidney is with stone of large size as compare to right kidney stone...
I think you are also too much concern about fastidiousness in your routine as well...
all these things can be helped and you would definitely feel better if you will be given a medicine according to your temperament and constitution.

Unlikely to be diabetic neuropathy. Recurrent foot pain particularly around big toe can be due to gout. Especially if there is swelling and redness as well. Raised uric acid levels can cause gout as well as kidney stones. Apkay ultrasound mein stones aye hain. Apna uric acid levels check karwayen aur CT KUB karwayen aur Urologist se consult Karen. Stones ki wja se hydronephrosis mentioned hai report mein tou Isko ignore na Karen.

If HbA1c is 5, then you don't develop Diabetic neuropathy. However, keeping in view the pain pattern and history of kidney stones, it can be gout even with normal uric acid reports. However, for accurate diagnosis and treatment, a complete history, physical examination, and some other investigation may be required. You can book your appointment through Marham.
