Talk to Androurologist on Diabetes And Vitamin D3 Test Report

Asalam o alekum .... my age is 24 and from 1-2 days I was probleling with watery urine after every 1 hour or 30 min in day in almost 12-20 time I go in washroom ..... so I did test of Hba1c and vitamin D3 that I was facing weakness of bones ....

so suggest me how are these reports and suggest me best diet for it
