my husband had issue of fatty liver one yr ago but he took medicine and was fine but now these days he doesn't feel gud like burping and can't take breakfast in morning just after wake up.he has cough almost whole yr..my question is I want to conceive,

ls his problem have negative impact on sperm function or semen quality ..what should he do in this regard plz guide
