Hi Is there any disadvantage of using nasal spray regulary specially xynosine I am asking as i have runny nose and its been from years ENT Surgeon prescribbed me once This spray give me relief if i take anti allergy it make me sleep and then too much cngestion Please guide which nasal spray is best for runny nose and congestion and should be pocket friendly Thanks alot
