Salam, My elder Sister aged 37 yrs having severe bleeding from her nose from last 7 days daily. Her reports are normal and will be attached once post approved. She feels headache and nerves get tensed(5 to 7 hrs) before bleeding once the bleeding starts she feels relaxed but her body is getting weaker on daily basis. Situation is getting serious and no hospital is treating her properly due to current situation. Your kind suggestions are requested please.

Is your hypertensive? If yes then the blood pressure must be controlled first. If not then I can prescribe the following treatment:
Liquid Paraffin drops for instilling in the nose, 10 drops each nostril three times a day for 15 days.
Tab. Claritek XL 500mg, once daily for five days. Tab. Panadol twice daily for five days. Tab. T-Day 5mg once daily at bedtime for 10 days. Tab. Surbex-Z once daily for one month.
Have plenty of water and preferably skip fasting.
