Talk to Ent Specialist on Block Nose. I Having A Nasal Problem Can't Breathe Properly And No Sense Of Smell I Might Have A Nasal Polyps

I have a nasal breathing problem. Mostly my nose is blocked and whenever I talk my sound is not as usual like before due to air inhaling through measure is blocked. And I don't have a sense of smell. I have this problem since 6 years. I might have nasal polyps problem can you anyone suggest what should I do I am living in Dubai currently as driver. Any tablet or spray can you guys recommend.
