Talk to Ent Specialist on Chronic Sinusitis, Swollen Lymph Nodes, Sore Throat

salam i have chronic maxillary sinusitis from past 6 months with severe mucopus and throat congestion, along with that i had multiple episodes of pharyngitis in recent months ENT said it's due to postnasal drip, i have slightly enlarged, slightly firm but freely moveable jugulodiagastric Lymph nodes and had 2 ultrasounds of them both remarked benign and reactive lymphadenopathy. currently i am having postnasal drip and inflammation of throat which causes scratchiness and burning with redness in throat. kindly tell me any remedy to treat it
