Talk to Ent Specialist on Dizziness, Vomiting, Lightheaded

Asslamualikum....Sometimes i have feeling of nausea and vomiting and also spinning of head, unbalance. In same time i have tinnitus issue with Rt ear and its from last 4 5 years. Till date i get medication from ENT and this problem (nausea and vomiting) sometimes goes off with the tinnitus medicines, but not a cure for hissing and in the ear. I want to ask if it is just due to ear problem or there may be some other reasons regarding stomach or and any other possible things to get check up for this nausea vomiting and light-headedness. Please guide.

Yes there is a significant loss of hearing in Rt ear. And a minimal loss in Lt ear.
