I'm facing dry cough for a week, I have used pulmanol Syrup,but didn't help me. At night it becomes more severe as compared to Day. plz suggest me something.thanks

Dr cough is usually viral
no need to use any antibiotics untill there is a high fever or yellow colored sputum
the cough is our own protective response some time prolonged and difficult to manage but you can use following treatment
Tak an anti allergic tablet
tab tday 0+0+1
use lozenges named doctor cough when you have more cough or socially unpleasent to cough
nebulize with normal saline 2 cc for 5 mint it will some time had southning effect
nebulize with clenil ampule subh sham it is expensive 100 rupee per ampule
try to reduce the cough with some ordinary things like eating some grain of sugar when cough irritates etc
