Need to have a proper history and examination before reaching diagnosis
There is mderate degree conductive hearing loss in right ear and severe sensori-neural hearing loss in left. Left ear needs hearing aid alongwjth some some medicine which stops hearing to further godown. Right ear needs further examination n investigations to see any treatable cause. Tonal audiometry is the test used to identify hearing theshhold,type and configuration of hearing loss.in this pta(audiometry)Rt ear has moderate hearing loss,Lt ear has moderately severe hearing loss, Treatment for this kind of hearing loss is cochlear implant which is very costly,and the use of hearing aid which is economical
