I had an ear infection in right ear and when the infection clear after few days i have crackling in right ear then it started to other ear while swallowing or moving head also i don't have blocked ears or ear wax and when I'm moving my head I feel that bones like something inside my ears or head hitting each other and i have clicking sound in upper side of mouth while breathing when i lay down sometimes i went to doctor he suggested me a nasal spray but after using it no result even it worsen day by day I'm suffering from this atleast 4 months please help me jazakallah

I went to 3 ent doctors he said that my right nose terminal is swell and little but issue with my right ear means eardrum is little white colour and i feel that air is coming out from my right ear or maybe from tube but my left is fine the symptoms i described in my both ears these crackling worsen day by day and i don't know why i feel that something inside my head or ears hitting each other I'm only using nasal spray and take vitamins
