Talk to Ent Specialist on Eardrum Burst Or Not

About six years ago I fell from the roof to the left side, the left shoulder was broken and the head was injured and the left ear bleed and I was taken to Lahore General Hospital. I had been unconscious for about five hours until after I came to my senses I had no memory of all I had forgotten. After my recovery, my left ear was almost closed, there was no sound throughout. When I rest, I feel fine with the left ear, but in normal conditions I hear less, and even if the sound goes away. I do not understand what was said. Is there any other reason for this to happen when the eardrum explodes? Is it curable?
