first there is medicine jo apne li bhi hogi. anti allergy plus spray. lekin ye treatment waqti aram dega. theek honay k bad apko ehteyat krni he jis cheez se masla hota he.
second. doctor ko check krwaen. us mn ye dekhna he k naak ki haddi theek he ya nahi. naak mn koi ghadood to nahi.
medicine se In sha'Allah theek ho jaenge lekin agar us se bhi fark nahi parta then u should go for surgery but that the last thing u should do.

zyada arsa sinusitis skull bones ka severe infection krwa sakta he. jese apnay condition btae he apko antibiotic ki zaroorat he.
unfortunately yahan apko medicine prescribe nahi ki ja sakti. wo sirf apka doctor jisay ap check krwaen...wo de sakta he. shukriya.
