Talk to Ent Specialist on Hearing Problem In Left Ear

i have ear wax .i am using drops on prescription.i tried by myself to pull out the ear wax and manage to extract some wax but i block the ear canal and now i cannot hear properly from left ear and now little discharge from ear aswell.is it ok to use drops in left ear .i fear i might damage the ear drum.beep sound all the time in my left ear.
