Hi i have dis kind of lump inside my nose. Have been taking nasal drops n ventolin inhaler due to seasonal allergy... my nose is mostly blocked i started using drops in spring n still using these can u please tell me wat is this exactly n is it important to get it checked by ent in such pandemic situation. I have 2 toddlers so m trying my best to avoid any hospitals

It can be normal nasal anatomical structure like inferior turbinate but it can also be nasal polyp or growth.
Please visit ent for diagnosis

Any medicine i can get to get rid of this? Im trying to avoid any hospitals visit

hi. Two things based on your pic that you've send: it can be what we call as Enlarged turbinates (bec of nasal allergy, a normal thing) or a Nasal Polyp (that is something extra inside your nose bec of of chronic sinusitis). Beside them other possibilities also exist but based on your information doesn't seem that you've them. You've not told me what drops you are using? who advised? If Dr advised he/she should've told you something. Need the information.
For now use: MOMETASONE NASAL SPRAY 2 puffs in both nostrils plus Tab Desloratidine 10mg by mouth once per day. use both of them for atleast 1 month. See the response and update. Also whenever possible visit an ENT for proper examination and diagnosis. Hope this answers your query.

I was advised to use ventolin n myteka by doc m was advised to visit after 2week along wid some test but den corona lockdown started n i didnt go again or did any test due to severe nose blockage started using rhinosone for 1week on pharmacy boy suggestion but didnt work well so started using flixonase on friends recommendation now allergy season is gone but my nose is still blocked
