Talk to Ent Specialist on Lumps Inside Nose

Hi I have these lumps/growths inside my nose they bleed if i pick at them I am only 21 but worried I have some sort of nasal cancer when I told my mum about it she said I was being silly and not to worry. I don’t know what it is it looks like warts or skin tags in my nose. I used to have dry skin there and would pick at it a lot and it would bleed so maybe some kind of scar tissue. Pls help.
