What are the possible reason of lymph nodes, can any doctor guide me? A friend of mine facing this issue. He had one lymph which was at the back of neck from 5-6 years she got it checked and it was not harmful as per doctor. The lymph cannot be seen from outside it can be felt on tilting neck. Now he has more smaller lymph nodes at the back of neck the old was almost same size as it was. No other major symptoms but he have back pain as well. Plz guide what can be the possible disease.

What is shown on Google is just Cancer.

lymph node at back of neck can be due to some inflammatory cause or some malignant cause.
it should be investigated if not resolving.
