Aoa.ramzan k mid mein ye problem shoro hoye k mera throat subha theek hota aor dopher ko thora swell hu jata no cough but 3 din phelay mjhy throat mein pain feel hoye aor bukhar be hu gya mein ny panadol li aor gaggle kiye ab sirf thori thori cough hai .aor throat swell hai .please suggest

In my opinion please don't use antibiotics for such mild symptoms. Just take Panadol twice or thrice a day for a few days, gargles with a mouth wash such as Listrene or Enziclor mixed with water twice a day. Steam inhalation at bedtime. Plenty of water and refrain from spicy food and cold drinks etc.
