A.A Doctor, When i am sleeping saliva is coming from my mouth and damage my right cheek. In my cheek have some white symbols and i feel too much irritation. Every day i wake up midnight wash the face and again go to bed feeling irritation. Please tell me which medicine or treatment for me? Thanks God bless you
