Asking for Self, Male, 23 years old, Abbottabad
Aoa. I have mucus in my throat, sometimes it is clear mucus and usually It is white in color and Solid and due to which I have to cough a lot. Mucus and cough increases due to consumption of cold food and drinks and travelling. I am facing this issue since a month. What is usual cause of this and Any medicine please. Can you please tag any ENT for this issue?

To have a white mucus isn't a sign of disease. And cough may be because of irritation bec of that mucus plugs. You have not mentioned if you've any nasal allergy problems nor any post nasal dripping. Also if smoking, then this can exacerbate the issue. Anyways avoid cold/citrus. Have plenty of fluids to drink preferably Luke warm. You can have tablet MUCINEX (Guafenesin) two times per day. If you experience nasal allergy with post nasal drip, then add Mometasone nasal spray 2 puffs for nose twice per day. Both of them can be used for 7 days or more if required. Curtail smoking. For cough take any expectorant cough syrup 10mL twice per day for a couple of days.

I have an issue of post nasal drip. I am using Fexet (anti allergic) and saline drop since 2 months but the mucus was clear and now since a week solid white mucus irritates me a a lot. It could be a bacterial infection?

Don't use fexet. Use Mucinex with nasal Spray as advised.

In this COVID situation I'm not feeling comfortable to visit a doctor and get my throat examine. I have an issue of post nasal drip and was using Fexet 60 mg (Anti allergic) since a month and saline drops but now since a week I have White solid mucus in my throat. What could be cause?

What about nasal obstruction, snoring and headache????
