Asking for Self, Male, 24 years old, Oslo
I from one year have difficulty breathing while sleeping. I went to ENT and he finds out that on my left nostril, there is inflammation and it's blocked. He asked me if I have any allergy, but I don't have any. The doctor recommended using momentasone nasal spray for 3 months to see if it's effective, otherwise, the only solution is surgery. After using this spray, I have sore throat, and pain in nose. My question is can I continue using the spray and is surgery effective and only solution?
I think you need to re check up by your dr again.
