Sir I have a polyp in my left sinus.I can't be able to sleep without opening my mouth because of nose blockage.whole year I am suffering from flu and when I spit I have a white mucus sir please recommend me any low power medicine.

U need CT paranas sinus + examination.
Mean while start Flixonase nasal spray twice a day for two week and .visit or by video consultation with CT (report ) needed
