salam, 2015 me xray karaya tha to chronic sinusitis and mastoiditis aaya tha.. thodi bht medication li phr chorr di.. ab bht barh gya hai issue. face hr wqt sooja rehta hai, ankhain red aur un me jalan, eyes choti bhi hogai hain phle se, ek ear me he wqt awaz aati rehti hai, sannatay me nahi reh paati aur js kaan me masla hai us side ka face zda sooja hua, sarr k baal bhi bht white hotay ja rahe hain aur nazla to 24hrs halaq me girrta rehta hai, mere back neck me bhi pain rehta hai.. sarr bhari, pankhay me zda dair nahi beth skti aur ac to bardasht he nahi hota.. smjh nahi aata kya karun face ek dum gol hogya hai jbkay im skinny 45kg hai bs weight but facial swelling is killing me!

you might have taken a lot of medications but just take hot water steam inhalation(not nebulization) and dont add anything in it. take it 3 times a day. avoid using fan during the time you are taking steam.
avoid any cold drink and cold water for a week. you will see the results.
for the time being avoid taking arinac or fexet d....anything containing pseudoephidrine.
