4 saal say naak ke blockage ka issue ha Jab xynosine nasal spray use krta hu to sahi hota ha and it is getting worse. I dont want any operation soo mujay appointment say pahlay kon say test ap k pass lay kr aanay hon gy? Kindly guide.

if blockage is due to deviated nasal septum, then nothing will relieve your problem except surgery...so better to get atleast xray Nose and PNS before appointment..and secondly dont use xynosine as it causes rebound nasal obstruction
aoa. no tests needed. just get ypurself examined. stop using xynosine nasal spray.
