I don't remember from how long but i am facing this issue from a very long time (from my childhood) that my nose is never completely open Some of the times i am breathing from my left nostril and the other one is completely blocked and some times from right nostril and the left one is blocked.I also have very slight sense of smell.I've used many nassal sprays but they just work for few seconds after a lot of struggle.
