Aslam o alaikum... Mene nose ki recently septoplasty krwai hai ...3 months hogye hain lakin uske baad b mujue nose me pain aur right eye me pain rehta gai bhut...aur nose abi b block hojata hai...me yeh medicine b kharahi hu telefast,pandol, cefspan..etc..

no need for taking panadol n cefspan for long,not advisable at all. proper septoplasty relieve nassl obstruction. might b some issue persist. u shud visit ur surgeon again once situation settles.
