Hi,Doctors! I have been suffering with the congestion of nose for 4 years.My nose was very sensitive to external environment.The little the cold external,the high my nose runs.However,in 2022,a doctor told me of Saptoplasty and I did this and they removed the bone pieces from my nose.After that,I didn't even get a single benefit.The congestion of my nose is still continuing.Now,my nose produce more and morr semi solid mucus which leads to congestion of my nose.Whenever,I set in AC,I got my nose blocked.And when I inhale a stabbing pain I feel from the tip of nose to sides of forehead.I also a victim of migraine.I had migraine continually.Due to congestion,when I try to breath forcefully, I feel pain in my head.What should I do now?Literally,I get puzzled when I am in classroom.Please give me the reason of this and also what should I do?

woa. as per your symptoms, it seems like vasomotor rhinitis. do hivate nasal spray 2 puffs Bd in nose for month along with tab kestine. 1 tab daily. and see if it is of any benefit.
