I have developed this inside my throat. It is very painful. I cannot swallow anything, not even water. My ear also aches due to this and suffering from fever. Please help me and let me know any medicine to cure this.Also i am trying to concieve so suggest me an antibiotic that can be safe. I will be very thankful.
