Talk to Ent Specialist on Sinus Problem

AOA.. I was suffering from dust allergy around 4 years back got treatment for that.. after that i got sinus problem, took different medicines and nasal sprays and got relief to some extent... after that I only had sinus problem /nose blockage problem in winter only for that i used nasacort nasal spray, hivate and xyanosine. but since last winter i am having severe nose blockage the only thing helping me now is xyanosine nasal spray my nose gets so blocked that i can,t even breath properly. i had taken medicines prescribed by doctor prescription but nothing helps me.. need suggestion or any prescription. thanks
