I was dx with Hyperthyroidism in Jan 2021 and been taking Levothyroxine 50 mg since then, went for retesting 2-3 months after that (report attached). Doctor told me to continue the same dose since t4 was coming back to normal and TSH was low but he said it would come back to normal on its own. After 3 months I went back for my reports but this time t4 is high and tsh is extremely low. What to do now?
Stop Tab Levothyroxine,
Start Tab Carbimazole 5 mg 1+1,
Tab Propranolol 10 mg 1+1,
both for 2 Months,
always inform also about your feelings,
Thanks
Ur TSH level is low so continue thyroxine as per advise by Physcian till level come to normal range

But my t4 improved at first after starting levothyroxine but this time the report shows it is high. Does the dose need to be adjusted? Why is hypo converting into hypo? Why are tsh levels dropping so much?

Is it normal for hypothyroidism to convert to hyperthyroidism? Also, what is best time of the day to get thyroid levels checked?

Blood readings can fluctuate, up or down,
very first readings label the patient as Hyper or Hypothyroid,
Best sampling for Thyroid Levels is early in the morning

I got my last test done in the evening, doc told me to get it done later in the day. Could this affect the reading?
Early in the morning like before taking thyroid med? Or after taking med but before breakfast?

Little bit difference may come during different times of the day,
Better to get Blood Sample before taking Breakfast as well as Medicines
