Talk to Ent Specialist on Tinnitus In Left Ear
Asking for Self, Male, 45 years old, KSA
Dear sir, I am suffering from tinnitus in left ear since 2 years without hearing loss and now from last 3 months some time feel little bit dizzy.
Went to ENT, hearing is ok. Then I done MRI brain. I hv attached the MRI. Please review and let me know if there is any issue with brain.

MRI is normal.
tinnitus can be because of many reason
like tension Anxiety and Low sugar levels can also contribute

Thanks for ur reply. My random sugar test normal and cbc normal. One thing is that my lower Bp level is between 60-72 when I check with digital machine at home.
Also what about line number 3 in the MRI findings. Is this something to worry about.
