I am facing tinnitus problem in left ear since two months, I have had examined it to ENT, he suggested me two tablets D-Vert and stemtil, but so for I am not well. audiogram reports are attached, please look into it and share your valuable thoughts on it. thank you

Your Audiogram shows mild Sensorineural hearing loss. Take Tablet Mecobal 1 daily and Serc 16 mg 1+1 for 1 month. Get yourself examined by a good ENT specialist and possibly he may advise you MRI brain with contrast aswell.
Thanks for asking, it’s moderate mixed hearing loss , I like to add Tab Methcobalamin twice a day for 4/6 weeks, Tab Evion400mg twice a day also ,also use heating mask also
