Assalam o alaikum... My 3 years old boy is having bad cough with 100 fever from last 2 months he had same issue more than 2 or 3 times in a month. Doctor said he had tonsillitis gave antibiotics for seven days every time After using those( cefixime) he become better but again same issue starts after 3 to 4 days... Now i m tired and so depressed my poor baby is not eating well and sleepless due to extreme cough.... Tried totkas too... Kindly suggest me something that can sooth him and can tell me what will be the reason of it thank u
