My right tonsil is swelled up and it hurts too. Is it a symptom of Covid-19? Where should I go and get it checked?
If u have high grade fever and difficulty in swallow then consult the ENT docter otherwise take panadol and stay home .

Not a covid presentation . You need to be seen by an ent specialist.
If there is actually tonsils inflamed , and and neck swelling it is not Covid , but if you have symptoms of flue and feve difficulty in breathing you must get checked for corona ,
