Talk to Ent Surgeon on Clogged Ear
Asking for Other, Female, 25 years old, Lahore
I used earphone in one ear last week fr about 30min (normal volume of a darama) , after that I feel.my ear plugged , and fullness in ear , have tried yawning, pinching nose ears , steam, soda glycerine , but still not feeling normal, feel slight pain too, is there any home treatment fr this ?

It is strange, I hope you do not have any plastic contact allergy ? usually ear clogging should not have happened by use of earphones. If there is some recent nasal congestion then things could be better understood.

Whenever I hear a loud noise or too much talkings , I get severe headache , feel pain in my ears and in nerves behind ears , is it noise sensitivity ?

I don't think so, because 90 % of headache conditions are also triggered due to loud noise and hearing incessant talking. some headaches also get triggered by bright light and it is a condition of migraine. In your case as you tell of clogged ears, the situation could be sinusitis that might be causing ear congestion and headache and loud noise are only triggers for this condition. If sometime one feels vertigo with it, one must consult a qualified physician.
