I noticed a hard, immovable lump behind ear yesterday that does not feel tender upon touching. should I be concerned?

the lump can be just the mastoid bone mistaken for a lump , which is normal
in everyone but it could be a node or gland. it is better u visit an ENT
and get it cleared out
