Asking for Self, Male, 45 years old, Model town
I have gone through a DNS surgery. I had two problems one respiratory issue and other is taste and smell (major).After the surgery my air flow is almost cured but taste and smell problem still persist.I have this problem for around 15 years now and consulted many ENT but in vain.Can you please guide me what to do?

Thanks for sharing problem , DNS surgery is basically done for mechanical air way blockage but for smell and running nose, we have to find some pathology causing airways obstruction, so get CT scan of para nasal sinuses and base of skull to rule out some causes bcz 15 years of clinical history
