Talk to Ent Surgeon on Vocal Cords Dysphonia

I have suffered from voice hoarsness from last 19 years when I was at age 0f 15 when voice changed my voice not changed as other males voice changed. I consult many doctors and now yesterday I checked from one very nice ENT specialist here in rwp and he checked through endoscope. He said that when u speak due to gape and leakge of air u not speaked normal. He suggest for surgery that one side vocal cords materially will close to other or 2nd option for speech thearpy. what will I do i want to ask fro. Dr. Khirshid Alam ENT specialist Lahore. Thanks
