Talk to ENT on Bubbling In Ear Since 4 Days

Throat sore occured around a week ago, but since 4 days , there was a complain of rhythmical movement / bubbling in right ear. There has also been severe headache, which increased on sajida or movement indicating sinusitis. headache is constant. it has only been relieved for one hour maximum each day. 2nd generation cephalosporin and anti-inflammatory started but the duration of bubbling has increased to about 10- 15 seconds now. bubbling occur on specific movement such as during yawning. it occurs around 10- 15 times a day. once or twice intermittent pain on right ear was felt too. Bubbling doesnt occur on sneezing or swallowing. please let me know what does bubbling in ear indicate? what will be the effective treatment? since covid cases are on rise, going to hospital is not an option. note : there hasn't been any relief by taking medication. intensity of headache is same as well.

their might be a fungal infection of the ear
or eustacian tube blockage
did u is any ear drops or nasal sprays ?
Most likely reason seems Eustachian tube dysfunction/blockage and that may have worsened into acute otitis or effusion. So suggestion is even if covid is on rise you should visit ENT specialist and get her examined to get her relieved of worrisome symptoms and avoid complications. Meanwhile give her steam alond with meds you are already giving. Regards.

sir, it's been a week since diagnosed with secretory otitis media. doctor has changed antibiotic to augmentin, and bubbling had reduced by 4th day. but by 6th days it's back again and more in duration. how should I proceed for this? still taking arinac and danzen.
