I have blockage in my nose ( right side), with very thick mucus falling inside and outside. Its been more than a month. Earlier ramazan, I had congestion in chest which is better now but still due to chronic sinusitis not completely recovered. Please help me and suggest me something best I can do. Im not taking any medicines till now.
