I have a problem of whiteheads around my nose. I'm using adapalene gel every other day The thing i want to ask is now i m having red purplish discoloration around my nose I m posting a picture but its not tht much obvious in image How should i treat it Please guide Thank you in advance

I think ur issue can be best answered by a dermatologist/skin specialist.
Generally this problem arises due to more sebum production and subsequent infection/folliculitis. So u can use clycin-T lotion twice daily for 5 days.
