Hi, I'm facing the issue of fluid in my right ear. This fluid appears after 2-3 days. I have attached the picture of fluid. It is indeed smelly. I'm facing this problem for quite some time and I already consulted an ENT specialist and the doc checked my ear(with an instrument) for any hole in eardrum but there wasn't any. He prescribed me "dexatob ear drops" 2 drops in morning and evening for 7 days. It seemed to be fixed after I completed that course(10 months ago) but now I'm facing the same issue again.
What could be the problem and to whom should I consult for this issue?

It’s purulent discharge from middle ear need an X/Ray Mastoid to confirm use Antibiotic Tab Augmenting 625 mg twice daily for7/10 days , keep ear canal dry and don’t use ear drops
