My son is feeling pain in ear from last two days. he is complaining severe pain

it's better to get it checked as simple wax can cause pain and there might be some infection causing this pain...treatment is different for both
you should first get your son ear checked from ent specialist then proper treatment can be advised

Avoid cold water and shakes ,use Syp Arinac twice daily,Syp Colpol 6 plus three times daily, Syp Augmentin 375 mg twice a day
