i can't blow out the air from my ears while closing my mouth and nose. It's like my ear is blocked, and hearing power is also slow. please guide me because i can't go to the doctor can you guide me what should i take for my ear

Aoa, No one can do that unless they have a hole in tympanic membrane - ear drum). It's the Eustacian tube that gets Clogged same phenomenon happens while taking off and landing via Aeroplane Maam. Take Steam twice a day breath in via Nose and breath out via mouth for 10 min. but before taking steam apply 2 puffs of Rhinosone-p Nasal spray in each side of the nose so that it opens up before steam can get in the nostrils properly alongwith these to u can add cetrix tablet before bed time
