Deviated nasal septum needs corrective surgery.
w.a ,if it is DNS then u should go to septoplasty, but your physical ENT consultation is mandatory for diagnosis
beside ent specialist you must see chest specialist. go for xray chest and xray PNS .
Probably you might be having chronic sinusitis with deflected nasal septum , requiring treatment of both , medication and surgery
