Talk to ENT on Nasal Congestion

Respected Sir I have deviated Nasal Septum with nose allergy. Currently on advice of Jinnah hospital Lahore Doctor I am using Nasomet Nasal Spray only. But now a days from the last 2 months either my nose both sides remain partially closed or one side remains completely closed although nose allergy is controlled completely through Nasomet Nasal Spray but the only difficulty i am facing is the partially blockage of both sides or complete blockage of one side at all times and every day and every time. There is no need of anti-allergic tablet as if i use or do not use my symptoms remains same as above stated. Kindly advise me except Xynosine Spray which medicine should I use to open up both sides of nose completely ( because Xynosine has side effects on me as it promotes long blocking of nostrils if not used again and again ) . Kindly advise me. Thanks
