Talk to ENT on Need Good Cough Medication

I have a problem of chest infection in winters only. I have contacted with many doctors and they prescribed 5days antibiotics course but after that some cough back. Lastly I am taking Qumic 250, Zyto 250 and priton syrup. But kindly suggest me some good cough syrup or tablet. As my cough is not dry, it is in control but have some episode of cough in fajar timings mostly. Kindly suggest me good cough medication.
