Talk to ENT on Pain In Left Ear

My baby girl who’s seven months old is being fussy. Every time I touch her left ear, she starts crying and the wax inside is also dark brown in colour and hard. She has a good appetite Alhumdulilah. It’s only when I touch her ear. What should I do?
Check her middle ear/do Tympanometry and also teething status

Wax must be infected while bathing as otitis externa. Avoid water, cotton budding. At the moment use pain killers and topical antibiotic combinations. After setlling pain wax will need cleaning. Syp brufen da tds and fudic h cream

Put olive oil. 5 drops in wash ear three times a day and get her ear examined by an ent asap thank you
