I am having hole in my left eardrum. I am having a lot of pain . there is discharge as well. taking amoxil and panadol but no relief.paining alot

First u need to take medicine to get dry ur ear and once discharge stops then need to go for surgery to repair eardrum. Until and unless this perforation present , u can get infection on and off. Permanent treatment is surgery to repair ear drum
